We're looking for a proactive and skilled Infrastructure Engineer to help support and evolve our cloud platform that powers mission-critical services for some of the world's most important organisations. If you're passionate about infrastructure automation, continuous improvement, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
 * Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions with zero-downtime deployment practices
 * Provide hands-on support for operational issues and contribute to platform reliability
 * Automate workflows and processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance operational efficiency
 * Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and DevOps pipelines
 * Develop proactive monitoring strategies and contribute to security best practices
 * Participate in incident response, threat simulation and operational runbooks
 * Provide 3rd line support and collaborate with 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve technical issues
 * Work cross-functionally with developers to support seamless deployments
 * Design and implement systems with high availability and disaster recovery in mind
 * Support a global, always-on environment with flexibility to respond to evolving business needs
Qualifications
 * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant infrastructure or DevOps role
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a STEM field, or equivalent experience
 * Familiarity with a range of operating systems, cloud technologies and hardware
 * Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
 * Good understanding of containerisation and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Strong written and verbal communication
 * High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
 * Understanding of security principles and monitoring practices is desirable
