Vending Helpdesk Technician - Full Time
Salary: 28 - 30K per annum + bonus scheme
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Vending Helpdesk Technician to join our growing vending support team. As owners and operators of world-leading automated key-cutting machines, photobooths, and JURAs (our instant printing kiosks), we are experiencing significant growth and are looking for an experienced administrator and helpdesk/support-based colleague to join the team.
The role will be based at our manufacturing facility in Keighley, West Yorkshire. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of our vending estate. We are seeking a candidate who is organized, flexible, confident on the telephone, and eager to learn new skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring our in-house telemetry system to ensure maximum uptime and performance of our vending estate. This role will primarily involve telephone communication with retail clients to assess machine usage, performance, and resolve issues. It will also involve working closely with our team of field engineers and technical departments, escalating issues as necessary. Additionally, the role includes remote technical troubleshooting to resolve issues across the estate, aiming to minimize the need for in-person engineer visits.

You will be required to work 45 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7.
