This is a highly impactful role focused on enhancing the online customer experience and accelerating digital performance. You’ll take ownership of how products are presented online from product pages and categorisation to navigation and overall user journey, with a clear goal of improving conversion.

Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise e-commerce product content across the website
* Improve product page structure, navigation, and overall user journey
* Analyse performance and implement changes to increase conversion
* Organise and structure product data and categories effectively
* Support wider digital marketing activity, including social and campaigns
* Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams
Requirements
* Strong experience managing and improving e-commerce product content
* Proven ability to enhance user journey and drive conversion improvements
* Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
* Hands-on approach with the ability to execute as well as plan
* Interest or experience in broader digital marketing (social, campaigns, etc.)
