About Us
Motorsport Games is a racing game developer, publisher and esports ecosystem provider of official motorsport racing series, including the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race and the associated FIA World Endurance Championship (the "WEC") which we represent in our recent release Le Mans Ultimate on PC.
Our portfolio also includes the KartKraft karting simulation game, as well as Studio 397's previous title rFactor 2 - a realistic racing simulator technology and platform. rFactor 2 also powers F1 Arcade through a partnership with Kindred Concepts. Our purpose is to make the thrill of motorsports accessible to everyone by creating the highest quality, most sophisticated and innovative experiences for racers, gamers and fans of all ages. Our products and services target a large global motorsport and video games audience.
We are also striving to become a leader in organising and facilitating esports tournaments, competitions, and events for our licensed racing games. We create and own the technology for RaceControl, a unique system that powers skill-based matchmaking, statistics and server management (amongst other) behind our titles, whilst also offering an optional subscription.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative development team working on officially licensed motorsport titles, where quality, realism and player experience are taken seriously.
As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play an important role in supporting the stability and polish of our games by identifying issues early, documenting them clearly, and working closely with developers and other disciplines to help drive improvements. You'll gain hands-on experience testing complex game systems and features within a professional development environment.
You will be part of a team that values clear communication, shared responsibility and continuous improvement, with exposure to real production workflows and testing best practices. This role offers a strong foundation for someone looking to build or further develop a career in game QA, particularly within racing and simulation titles.
If you are detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and want to contribute to delivering high-quality experiences to players, this role offers a supportive environment to do so.

The Quality Assurance Tester will work under the direction of the Executive Producer and in close collaboration with the wider development team to ensure testing priorities align with project schedules, milestones and quality expectations. The role will contribute to identifying risks, tracking issues and supporting smooth delivery through effective testing and communication.
