Salary: £28,000+ DOE
Ashton Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Contracts Scheduler on behalf of a leading home improvement company based in Northern Ireland.
This organisation delivers a range of residential solutions including windows & doors, garden rooms, roof systems, and external structures. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised individual to coordinate contracts from initial sale through to completion.
This is a key position within the business, acting as the link between sales, surveying, installation, and finance teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities (Not exhaustive)
* Manage all incoming contracts, ensuring accuracy, deposit verification, and timely updates within the CRM system.
* Work closely with the Sales Team to resolve any contract queries or discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Arrange surveys and installations, coordinating with surveyors, fitters, and customers to maintain an effective schedule.
* Prepare and issue installation packs, ensuring all required documentation and details are provided to fitting teams.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the full contract lifecycle.
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing queries throughout the process.
* Monitor project progress using internal systems, supporting visibility and workflow efficiency.
* Issue guarantees and final documentation upon completion of works.
* Manage post-installation issues, coordinating internally to ensure timely resolution.
* Support stage payments, invoicing, and secure payment processing, ensuring alignment with internal records.
* Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and updating records to support credit control processes.
* Contribute to weekly meetings, preparing reports and dashboard data as required.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
* Provide occasional front-of-house support when required.
