Position: Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for all activities related to production, service delivery, and productivity to ensure all necessary requirements are met.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
* Progressive production experience or equivalent education and experience.
* Leadership experience (direct or indirect).
* Periodic travel may be required.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of mathematical concepts.
* Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the organization.
