Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join a Residential Home based in Hemsworth on an ad-hoc shift basis.
The service covers Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Requirements:
* Provide compassionate, consistent support tailored to each resident’s needs
* Promote independence, dignity and choice in all aspects of daily life
* Support individuals to maintain relationships with family, friends and community networks
* Encourage meaningful engagement in activities, skills development and social participation
* Assist with daily living tasks and routines while promoting autonomy
Hours:
Days and Nights available on an ad-hoc shift basis.
