Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer Job Type: Days based, Perm Location: Camberley Hours: 40hrs Flexible Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 Based in Camberley, our client offers a range of CNC machining, prototyping, and other engineering services of the highest quality to a variety of industries including aviation, scientific, defence and motorsport. JOB REQUIREMENTS: ⦠A high degree of experience and skill programming and setting CNC Mills and/or Lathes ⦠Used to working in a variety of materials and often to tight tolerances. ⦠Able to use initiative in the tasks undertaken. ⦠Positive, courteous, and flexible manner needed for working with our positive, courteous and flexible team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: ⦠To assist the planning and efficiency in the CNC sections. ⦠Working on a variety of Conversational Mills and/or Fanuc or Mazak Lathes ⦠Option to program offline using Fusion360 ⦠Ensure all programs are saved and organised as per our company procedure. ⦠Plan and specify tooling requirement for production, including fixture and cutting tool list. ⦠Ensure machining processes are optimised, particularly on large batches. ⦠Support and advise other employees when required, in machining and programming techniques. ⦠Working to established and developing company procedures in a continuously improving environment.
