Assistant Site Manager
New Build Retail | Industrial Warehouse Refurb | Office Refurb
We’re looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a varied workload including new build retail units, industrial warehouse refurbishments, and office refurbishment projects.
Key responsibilities:

Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
*
Coordinating subcontractors and trades on live projects
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards
*
Assisting with RAMS, site inductions, and H&S compliance
*
Monitoring progress, materials, and logistics on site
*
Helping drive snagging and handover stages
Required experience:
*
Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager (or similar)
*
Hands-on experience across retail new build, industrial/warehouse refurb, and office refurb projects
*
Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
*
Ability to work across live, fast-paced refurbishment environments
*
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS (First Aid preferred)
