Classroom Manager
We are seeking a highly effective Classroom Manager to support day‑to‑day cover of classes in the absence of a teacher, providing continuity of learning.
Salary and Hours
Salary: £28,597 – £31,021 full‑time equivalent; 33.75 per week, term time only plus 3 days part time considered.
Location
Rochdale Road, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 7HS
Start Date
As soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Supervise work in accordance with school policy; manage student behaviour while work is underway; respond to students; create and maintain a safe environment for all students; collect, set and feedback on work; support behaviour and any issues that arise during lessons.

About the School
Founded in 1926, Crompton House is an 11–18 co‑educational Church of England comprehensive school and sixth form with Multi Academy Trust status. We are part of the Crompton House Multi‑Academy Trust which includes a number of primary schools. Our vision is to allow all children to experience “life in all its fullness”. Located in pleasant and spacious grounds in Oldham, northeast of Manchester, Crompton House has around 1,850 students.
