About the role
The Faculty Research team manages the research development and performance functions of the faculty’s world-leading research portfolio. The team works across a diverse and exciting agenda involving a wider range of stakeholders. Key areas include research facilitation and collaboration, performance analysis and reporting, engagement and impact, ethics, servicing of associated committees, and our Research Excellence Framework preparations.
The purpose of the role is to deliver an efficient and effective research administration service including pre-award, post-award and related research administration activities including governance and compliance. The role holder will provide logistical support for Faculty Research Excellence Framework preparations, including evidence gathering and recordkeeping of research impact and public engagement activities.
About you
You will have experience in research administration and knowledge of the issues relating to research governance. You will work accurately and efficiently, and have experience in recording, interpreting and analysing data. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diplomacy and discretion are also essential.
