You will; Own and deliver impactful programmes (technical and non-technical) across People & Culture Drive large strategic initiatives, BAU roadmaps, upgrades, and more Lead cross-functional teams across technical and business disciplines Monitor plans using PlanView, Jira, and Confluence Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and ensure delivery confidence Build trusted relationships across all stakeholder levels—yes, even the C-suite Manage costs, escalate deviations, and ensure maximum value from 3rd parties Oversee smooth technical implementation and business transition Support change management communications across the organisation Be visible, vocal, and value-driven as a role model for project excellence
