Offer description

The Opportunity We’re building something new at Silverbean, a Partnerships Centre of Excellence, and this is your chance to shape it from the ground up. As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead the growth and activation of a core group of publisher categories, becoming the in-house expert and key connector between our clients and the partners to drive success. You’ll work across Silverbean’s client portfolio, owning your categories; whether it’s high-volume, tech-driven affiliates or campaign-led, content-based partnerships. You’ll play a crucial role in accelerating partner activation, enriching strategic campaigns and ultimately helping to redefine how Silverbean delivers best-in-class partnerships. This isn’t just a delivery role. You’ll drive innovation, improve how we work with publishers and unlock partnership opportunities that help our clients grow. You’ll also champion your category internally; educating teams, influencing strategy and helping us move faster and smarter. Who We’re Looking For We're looking for proactive, curious and relationship-first thinkers. Whether you’re more data-led and technical or more creative and campaign-focused, we want people who own their work and bring energy to the room. You might already be working in account management, partnerships, affiliate, or influencer marketing. What matters most is that you love solving problems, building strong relationships and want to be part of building something exciting. You’ll need a good understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, particularly the different publisher categories and their role in the purchase journey. You may already be in an account management role, giving you solid insight into client needs - but you’re also able to advocate for the publisher and create win-win outcomes. You're naturally curious, collaborative and unafraid to roll your sleeves up to make things happen. This is a role for someone who: Wants to own a category and grow a partner network others look to as best-in-class Is excited to work across multiple brands and industries, driving real impact Can activate and manage campaigns with a blend of strategic thinking and flawless execution Loves connecting the dots between publisher opportunities and client goals Takes ownership, brings a people-first attitude and leads with curiosity Will represent Silverbean at events and in the industry with confidence and credibility The Application Process The application process consists of an initial 30 minute Google Meets interview where we can get to know each other better. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview, and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. During your second stage interview you will be asked a series of technical and competency based questions relating to the role. Equal Opportunity Statement We're an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity and inclusion, so that our workforce is representative of all the customers and clients we serve. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, family or parental status, national origin, veteran, neurodiversity status or disability status. Disability Confident Scheme We are a Disability Confident Employer. This means we actively encourage applicants with disabilities to apply for our roles, and we work internally to retain disabled employees. If you would like to be considered for this role under the scheme, please let us know at peopleteam@silverbean.com. Under the Equality Act 2010, a disability is defined as a physical or mental condition which has a long-term and substantial effect on your daily life. Reasonable Adjustments We want to support you if you need an adjustment in the recruitment process, even if you do not feel you qualify for the Disability Confident Scheme. We consider visible and non-visible disabilities, neurodiversity or learning differences, chronic medical conditions or mental ill health. Examples include dyslexia, epilepsy, Autism, chronic fatigue, diabetes, or schizophrenia. Some of the adjustments we can offer are: application or interview help a time of day that works for you extra time advice about assistive technology Don’t meet every requirement? Studies have shown that women and people who are disabled, LGBTQ, neurodiverse or from ethnic minority backgrounds are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet all criteria. We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can be their best. We encourage anyone who feels they meet at least 80% of the criteria listed in the advert.
