National Partnership Manager - Hospitality Sector
Salary: £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus car/allowance, company bonus & pension.
Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Location: Cannock – national travel required.

What you'll be doing
* Secure, deliver & drive efficiencies and project delivery for hospitality sector stakeholders.
* Acquire and use contract performance data to provide insight that drives further opportunities and focus areas.
* Build, develop and deliver on KPIs/SLAs to drive continuous improvement.
* Own client relationships end‑to‑end, adopting contractual and P&L responsibility.
* Innovate – develop and deliver environmental and resource management contract activity, staying ahead of sector best practice and legislation.
* Define and develop the customer strategy, generate revenue growth and produce individual account plans for each client in the portfolio.
* Maintain a Salesforce pipeline to manage and measure business growth, development and contracts at risk.
* Manage customer contract expectations, service level agreements and KPIs.
* Facilitate cross‑sell of resource management solutions from relevant Veolia group activities.
* Deliver strategy and ensure the customer journey is implemented; become the expert on industry trends, commercial outlook and the customer’s business objectives.
* Manage customer renewals and account development per internal governance and approval processes; maintain metrics and communicate with stakeholders.
* Ensure debt levels are managed within each account’s commercial terms and support invoice dispute resolution.
What we’re looking for
* Account Management experience, with the ability to work autonomously.
* Previous experience working within cross‑functional teams.
* Strong self‑organisation, prioritisation, time‑management and organisational skills.
* Experience meeting targets and deadlines while handling a high volume of low‑level queries.
* High level of influencing and negotiation skills, innovative and solution‑oriented, with good commercial acumen.
* An understanding of the waste management industry is advantageous; knowledge of sustainability and interest in global resource management is desirable.
