Are you an experienced support worker? Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we have numerous opportunities to join our team to provide our clients with essential care and support. Your role as a support worker will be crucial in helping our clients lead fulfilling and independent lives.
Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
Develop and implement individualised support plans
Promote independence and encourage community engagement
Must hold a UK driver's license with access to own vehicle
A minimum of 6-month UK experience as Support worker with experience supporting those with Autism, learning disabilities and Behaviour that may challenge.
All roles are subject to enhanced satisfactory DBS
Ability to work flexibly- shifts include days or waking nights

Supportive working with 24/7 on call support
