Overview
Join to apply for the Clinical Psychologist role at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. This full-time post is within our Community Mental Health Team (psychosis pathway), based in the Warwick/Leamington or Stratford-upon-Avon locality.
Responsibilities
* Work predominantly with people on our psychosis pathways but may also work with people on our non-psychosis mental health pathways.
* Deliver formulation and evidence-based interventions and support to people with complex difficulties, their families and the teams who support them; promote recovery and aim to reduce social exclusion, stigma and the potentially disabling effects of psychosis.
* Work under the supervision of a Principal Clinical Psychologist to deliver Recovery-focused interventions in the community.
* Support trainee clinical psychologists and psychological professionals in the service and provide consultancy and training to the wider MDT.
* Be involved in service development as we embed the Community Mental Transformation and develop an Enhanced Psychosis Pathway.
* Contribute to research and participate in supervision, training and mentoring opportunities to support psychologist development.
Qualifications and requirements
* Qualified clinical psychologist with eligibility for registration with the appropriate governing body.
* Experience working with psychosis pathways and a commitment to compassionate, recovery‑focused care.
