Job description
We are working with a brilliant large IFA practice in Glasgow who is going through an exciting expansion plan. We are looking for 2 Technical IFA administrators for the team.
The Techncial Administrator is responsible for providing support to Advisers across a broad spectrum of financial issues including investment, protection and pensions.
The successful candidate will work within a large team in the Glasgow office (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
1. Key client contact: phone calls, arranging meetings, etc
2. Organising advisers diary
3. Managing client reviews/Preparing Meeting Packs
4. Preparing of Client Agreements and Agendas
5. Drafting Client communications including some Suitability Reports
6. Managing post meeting actions
7. Delivering support in a profitable manner, making use of existing and new technology
Support of Managing Directors;
8. Diary management and oversight of inbox
9. Managing actions, preparation of meeting agendas and papers
10. Working with clients
Experience & Knowledge
11. Efficient in all MS Office applications, platforms and websites
12. Cashcalc, FE analytics and Dynamic Planner
13. I.O. or Curo
14. Understanding and knowledge of financial services products, providers and regulation
