About us
Nouvita Healthcare was established in 2008 with the opening of our nursing service, Howe Dell Manor. Since then, Nouvita Healthcare has grown to offer 160 beds over 10 sites in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire as it has evolved to meet the needs of local Integrated Care Boards. Over recent years, our hospital, Baldock Manor has undertaken extensive development work to become the hospital it is today. We have four wards; 2 female PICU services, an older working age men's 14 bed acute/high dependency unit typically for gentlemen over the age of 45/50, and a similar 10 bedded service for working age/older age ladies.
Being a smaller hospital gives us the opportunity to coach and mentor our team as well as giving real ability for individuals to take a role in service design and bring their innovative ideas to the fore.
