Private Client Solicitor - Cirencester
Highly respected Southwest firm are seeking to hire an experienced private client solicitor to join their successful wills and probate team team.
As part of a wider wills & probate team spanning Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, you'll play a key role in driving growth and delivering excellence from their flagship Cirencester office.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing a varied caseload of Wills & Probate matters from start to finish
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents including wills, trusts, probate, and powers of attorney
* Advising clients on estate planning and asset protection strategies
* Building strong client relationships with a focus on care and clarity
* Contributing to departmental goals and financial targets
* Leading business development initiatives and marketing efforts
* Mentoring junior team members and supporting their growth
