Key Account Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Strategist to join our commercial team.
This pivotal role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with valued customers while identifying business growth opportunities in diverse markets.
* Develop strong client relationships, understanding their needs and challenges.
* Purpose-driven, prepare and deliver accurate proposals, quotations, and product documentation.
* Conduct regular meetings (virtual and in-person) with clients and prospects, producing detailed reports.
* Track and report on account performance, identifying variances, risks, and growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a technical bias, strong interpersonal skills, and a consultative approach. They should be comfortable interpreting technical specifications and supporting estimating processes. Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. A commercially driven mindset with data analysis and strategic decision-making abilities is required.
