About The Role: Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 13:00 - 19:30 Key responsibilities: As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: You will be supporting in managing the Front of House day-to-day operations of catering services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently Supporting in creating and planning daily menus that are innovative, cost-effective, and meet dietary requirements Monitoring the quality of food and beverages, ensuring portion control, and maintaining high standards of presentation Leading and supervising the Front of House catering team, including training staff and managing their performance Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining hygiene standards, and keeping accurate records Ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and conducting inventory checks Helping to control costs, and ensuring the catering service is financially viable What are we looking for?
