Job Description
3. Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
4. Reconcile financial statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
5. Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Maintain accurate financial records and update systems as required.
7. Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
8. Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable processes.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
