About The Role
“Ambition without limit” This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and coordinate SEND provision across multiple settings, ensuring outstanding support for students with additional needs. Lead SENDCo across three academies, with Outwood Academy Ormesby having a dedicated full-time Assistant SENDCo to enable strategic duties. Time will be split between Lead SENDCo and Academy SENDCo.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead SENDCo to shape and implement a unified approach to SEND provision across Outwood Academy Acklam, Outwood Academy Ormesby and Outwood Academy Redcar, ensuring consistency and excellence across all academies.

Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate SEND provision across three academies, ensuring high-quality inclusive practices and interventions.
* Provide expert guidance on interventions, funding applications, and statutory compliance.
* Collaborate with academy principals, SENDCOs, and support staff to develop and deliver high-quality inclusive practices.
* Work with a multi-campus team to create an integrated support network and raise outcomes for students with additional needs.
* Support and oversee the designated SENDCo duties at Outwood Academy Ormesby while supporting the other two academies.
