Digital Content Marketing Executive £30-32k Newtownards MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading retailer based in Newtownards to recruit a Digital Content Marketing Executive to join the growing team to lead the day to day presence of the brand across social, email and web platforms. The successful individual will bring together visual, written, and multimedia content to drive engagement across digital channels, with a particular focus on steady, high-quality delivery that supports retail, consumer, and brand-building goals. This is a hands-on, collaborative role - ideal for someone who enjoys bringing stories to life through visual and audio content, while keeping a close eye on content performance and brand alignment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content across key social platforms, and produce brand-aligned imagery, graphics, audio, and video in line with the wider brand strategy. Build and manage Mailchimp email campaigns, including audience segmentation, messaging, layout, calls to action, and performance reporting with optimisation recommendations. Create and update pages in Craft CMS, coordinating with internal teams and external developers to maintain accurate, on-brand website content. Produce and edit video, photography, and digital visuals for campaigns, social, email, and web. Adapt or create design layouts in Canva or Adobe tools, capture event and behind-the-scenes content, manage multimedia asset libraries, and recommend equipment or software upgrades. Track and report on content performance across platforms, using analytics to refine digital strategy. Share insights at quarterly content reviews, and help coordinate campaign timelines. Collaborate with the Marketing Executive on campaign delivery and digital communications, support product launches and retailer content needs, provide digital support at events, and maintain organised shared asset libraries for internal and partner use.
