The role will focus on:
* Execute M&A transactions within the pharma and healthcare sector
* Assisting clients with their M&A strategy
* Work in all aspects of deals from origination to completion
* Deal structuring
* Financial modelling and analysis
* Prepare transaction documents
* Deal negotiation
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
* Associate level professional
* Background in pharma/ healthcare investment banking, M&A or Big Four M&A/ corporate finance advisory
* Excellent deal sheet
* Healthcare deal exposure
