Engineering Team Leader role at a Market leading Manufacturing company in West Brom. 4 on 4 off (2D/2N) 7-7. Salary £56,750. Benefits: 22 Shifts Holiday, Pension up to 10% matched, Life Assurance x4, EAP, Online Discounts, Healthcare, Overtime.
Role Description
* Providing both Reactive & Planned Preventative Maintenance across a wide range of production machinery
* Leadership and Supervisory of 4 Maintenance Engineers
* Workload Allocation and PPM Planning using CMMS systems
* Ensuring work is carried out in a safety conscious fashion.
* Supported by a Team of Skilled Engineers.
* Reporting on recurrent faults and facilitating repair activities with the Engineering team / supervisor.
* Reporting into the Engineering Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
* Maintenance Engineering Experience
* Supervisory experience
* Formal Qualification ideally Level 3 in Engineering and 18th Edition
* Manufacturing industry experience - FMCG
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
