1. Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
2. Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when necessary
3. Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' well-being
4. Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
5. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
6. Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans
8. Document client progress and report any changes in condition
9. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when needed
10. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications
11. Genuine passion for helping others with a friendly, empathetic demeanour
12. Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
13. Basic first aid knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
16. Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and daily activities
17. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
18. Strong time management and organisational skills
Additional Information
We offer a competitive rate of pay of £13.30 per hour.
Flexibility in work patterns.
As well as day time, we work evenings and weekends.
Due to the areas of working, a driving licence and car is required.
