* NHS Health Checks and lifestyle advice
* Wound care and dressings
* Assisting with chronic disease reviews
* Maintaining clinical areas and stock control
* Accurate documentation and use of SystmOne

Job responsibilities
As our Healthcare Assistant you will work under the supervision of the nursing team and GPs to provide high-quality care to patients. This role supports the delivery of clinical services and contributes to the smooth running of the practice.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting - preferably primary care.
* Phlebotomy trained - desirable.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to patient confidentiality and safeguarding.
