Role Overview:
We're looking for experienced, professional daytime bar staff with at least 5 years of experience in hospitality or bartending. You'll be a key part of our daytime team, serving drinks, and making sure every guest feels welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude.
* Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard.
* Maintain a clean, well-presented bar and front-of-house area.
* Upsell drinks and promotions where appropriate.
* Handle cash/card transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Support smooth day-to-day running of the venue, including opening and setting up the bar.
* Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Train and support junior team members when required.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum 5 years hospitality or bar experience (essential).
* Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails.
* Confident, professional, and approachable personality.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
* Great communication and teamwork skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.

Working Hours:
Primarily daytime shifts, including weekends. Flexibility is essential.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
