We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remotely or out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
* Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
* Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development
* Understands the strengths and limitations of various approaches and proposes tailored solutions
* Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, results, and strategy to teams and stakeholders
* Aligns business and team goals, and proactively identifies new business opportunities
* Collaborates across business units on strategy and execution
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
* Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
* Reviewing and approving deliverables
* Managing client relationships and expectations
* Leading team development and mentorship
* Participating in resource planning and strategic discussions
* Developing operational processes
* Facilitating communication within teams and resolving conflicts
* Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals and presentations
* Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business opportunities
* Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
* Travel may be required, domestically and internationally
Qualifications and experience:
* 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
* Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, biology, biochemistry, or related field
* Experience leading research teams with direct and indirect reports
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
