* Proven hands-on experience configuring and supporting network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless)
* Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and Office 365/Azure
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure

Responsibilities:
* Act as the senior technical escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line incidents, with a strong focus on network-related issues
* Configure, deploy, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure across multi-site school environments
* Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
* Deliver on-site and remote technical support and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
