As a Registered Manager, you'll play a vital role in the wellbeing of residents.
* Manage the service, ensuring the highest quality of care.
* Manage referrals and collaborate with other teams.
* Ensure the home is fully staffed to meet residents' needs.
* Integrate the service within the local community.
* Participate in an on-call rota as part of the team.
