We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and successful solicitors based in Oxford who are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their residential conveyancing team.
This role would suit someone who has a proven track record of working within a legal environment or in a secretarial capacity in a private solicitors’ firm.
Tasks & Key Responsibilities
Strong secretarial/IT/audio and support skills
Producing legal documents and correspondence to clients
Outstanding verbal and written communications including use of the telephone
Proficiency in the use of English; both grammar and spelling
Ability to work quickly, accurately, to deadlines and under pressure
Arranging client meetings and appointments
General administrative duties such as photocopying/ filing and retrieval of files
We are ideally looking for a career legal secretary; however an applicant with strong secretarial skills will also be considered.
This is a full-time office-based role, working 9:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. This role is based in Oxford and the office doesn’t have parking so public transport is advised.
