About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Lead as part of Commercial Corporate & Investment Bank Technology (CCIBT) Infrastructure Solutions team. This position will lead a team of engineers and ensure enterprise technology initiatives are tailored and optimized for CCIBT environments. In this role, you will: - Work alongside developers and infrastructure teams to implement solutions that removes developer toil. - Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams. - Act as a key participant in companywide technology initiatives get implemented and are operating optimally. - Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives. - Define and lead detailed research for solutions requiring infrastructure engineering. - Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions. - Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables. - Ensure communication and information flow between Infrastructure Engineering and other CCIBT Infrastructure teams. Required Qualifications: - Experience in Technology Strategic Leadership, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. - Management or leadership experience.
