This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Loughborough office with hybrid working.

Your new role

As an Operations Support Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in deliveringplex installation projects with precision and accountability. Acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure operational integrity, financial discipline andpliance across all project phases.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing project lifecycle documentation andernance
2. Overseeing logistics, fleet and amodation planning
3. Monitoring financial performance, cost control and invoicing processes
4. Reviewing RAMS, ITPs and handover documentation to meet client and regulatory standards
5. Driving continuous improvement and supporting team development.

This is a dynamic role where your leadership and organisational skills will directly impactmercial success and operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will bring:
6. Proven experience managing installation teams within construction and/or civil engineering
7. Strong knowledge of RAMS, health & safetypliance and operational standards
8. Ability to interpret and monitor project financials and support cost control
9. Excellentmunication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
10. Full UK driving licence.
