The Role As a HLTA, you will play an essential role in enhancing teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with class teachers, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, provide targeted support for individual pupils and small groups, and help maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment.
