About This Role
Are you an experienced SENDCo looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking a committed and skilled SENDCo to work across our two schools (Leverington and Murrow Primary Academies) supporting the delivery of high‑quality, inclusive education for all pupils.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring pupils with SEND achieve strong academic, social and emotional outcomes while contributing to the development of inclusive practice across both schools. The successful candidate will be working closely with school leaders, the SENDCo at Gorefield Primary Academy, our Pastoral and Inclusion Lead and the Trust Director of Inclusion to coordinate SEND provision, ensure statutory compliance and support staff to deliver effective, adaptive teaching over three days.
We are dedicated to high‑quality professional development and there are opportunities for further progression within the Diamond Learning Partnership Trust. At our schools, you can expect a supportive culture where all staff are valued and have a shared vision and high aspirations for all. There are also opportunities for working in partnership across our three schools in the Fenland mini‑hub.

We are building a thriving community of schools that succeed on behalf of their children. The family of academies within the trust currently incorporates 15 schools. As such, joining our MAT means joining an organisation with an array of developmental and career opportunities.
