Working as part of Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service, you will manage a hub and lead a team in delivering person-centred, evidence-based psychosocial interventions and health support via BBV testing clinics. You will be responsible for day-to-day hub operations, quality of care, and staff mentoring within a multi-disciplinary team.

Main duties of the job
* Work with the Inclusion Management team to ensure service targets are met; mentor and supervise staff; lead service promotion and recruitment into treatment.
* Provide person-centred treatment to your caseload of service users.
* Collaborate with the Service Manager, Service Leads and other Team Leaders to ensure effective service delivery and staff support.
* Guide and support your team in delivering high quality, inclusive, non-judgemental treatment; manage day-to-day hub operations.
* Undertake HR processes such as managing attendance, performance improvement planning and appraisals; recruit and induct new staff.
* Support staff to work towards targets set by commissioners; use data to inform day-to-day work.
* Promote Service User Involvement; develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partner organisations.
* Contribute to county-wide management and governance meetings.

Person Specification
Experience – Essential
* Experience of working in the drug and alcohol field
* Line management/leadership experience
* Experience undertaking HR processes such as managing attendance, performance improvement planning and appraisals with staff
* Experience of working in partnership with other professionals
Skills – Essential
* Excellent communication skills
Qualifications – Essential
* Foundation Degree/HNC in related field which may include counselling, social work, nursing, psychology, human resources, social studies, leadership and management.
