About the Role


We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded new business Senior Account Executive to join our fast-growing company. You’ll play a key role in driving new business for our flagship Sense platform and suite of complimentary AI products. Sense is an AI-powered call monitoring, QA, and analytics solution designed for contact centres and CX-led businesses.


You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and developing new opportunities to delivering high-impact product demonstrations, managing complex pipelines, and closing significant deals. This is a hands-on sales role combining relationship building and pipeline management to deliver your annual target.


You will focus on organisations where customer experience and compliance are critical.

You will bring a proven record of selling SaaS or software solutions in B2B environments. We will provide you with training on our products, marketing support and leadership support to help you thrive.


What You Bring:

•Proven track record in B2B sales in the SaaS or enterprise technology, with consistent target achievement

•Minimum 3yrs experience selling technology

•Preferred sector experience, one or more of: travel, contact centre, CX and related sectors, experience in compliance led sectors e.g. insurance and BPOs also useful

•Excited by technology and in particular AI

•Comfort engaging senior, highly technical audiences without needing to be hands-on

•Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments

•Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

•Collaborative team player willing to share insights and support colleagues


What You’ll Do:

•Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities

•Qualify, develop and close marketing leads

•Build and manage your sales pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets

•Deliver professional, persuasive software demos

•Owning the end-to-end sales process, coordinating stakeholders to obtain approvals and finalise contracts.

•Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead generation to support marketing campaigns

•Represent SystemsX at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

•Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients

•Provide input to improve sales processes, product positioning, and client onboarding

•Proficiency with CRM platforms and other sales tools inc. LinkedIn


What We Offer:

•Base salary up to £70,000 plus double OTE (uncapped)

•Remote first or hybrid

•Full training and support to understand products and target industries

•Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with flexibility
