Business Development Executive/Senior Executive

Our client is recruiting a BD Executive/Senior Executive to join their global Business Development team! The role supports strategic BD planning, events, client engagement and CRM management across practice groups and offices.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the planning and delivery of external and internal events and conferences aligned with BD objectives.
* Managing designated global practice teams' BD plans in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
* Assisting lawyers with preparation for BD trips, including scheduling, materials coordination and follow-up.
* Maintaining and utilising CRM systems to capture and report on client and BD activity data.
* Contributing to implementation of firmwide business development initiatives.
* Coordinating BD campaigns and communications with global marketing teams.
* Developing a strong understanding of practice areas, target markets and industry trends.
* Supporting data reporting and performance tracking of BD initiatives.
* Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), with a relevant marketing qualification considered advantageous. Previous experience within a law firm environment, whether onshore or offshore, would be beneficial, particularly for Senior Executive level candidates. They will demonstrate strong planning and organisational ability, confidence managing multiple projects and resilience in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to build relationships across global teams are essential. Experience using CRM systems is advantageous but not essential. Some business-related travel may be required.
