Private Wealth Senior Associate - Bristol
This strong Legal 200 law firm are seeking to secure a Senior Associate to join their highly ranked Private Client team,. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team who advise HNW clients across the agricultural sector.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney
* Administration of estates, including those involving rural businesses and farming assets
* Providing inheritance tax planning advice, including lifetime gifting strategies
* Advising on trusts
* Managing complex estate matters, including those with cross-border or business relief considerations
* Engaging with tax authorities and government-appointed valuers in relation to inheritance and agricultural tax reliefs
What experience is required:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive circa 4PQE +
* Experience within a Private Client team, ideally with exposure to agricultural or rural estates
* Solid understanding of tax planning, estate administration, and succession matters
* STEP qualification or membership of the Law Society’s Private Client Section (desirable but not essential)
