Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across a range of Computing and ICT programmes (Levels 1–5), supporting student retention, progression, and achievement. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver Computing and ICT lessons across Level 1 to Level 5 courses. * Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources. * Assess student work, provide feedback, and support academic progress. * Use IT and digital tools to support effective teaching and assessment. * Carry out academic progress reviews and track learner outcomes. * Participate in student recruitment through open days, interviews, and promotional activities. * Contribute to induction and tutorial processes to support student integration. * Act as a tutor when required, promoting good attendance, retention, and achievement. * Keep records up-to-date, including registers, reports, and course documentation. * Ensure students are prepared for progression to higher education, apprenticeships, or employment. * Maintain current subject knowledge and undertake relevant CPD. * Participate in curriculum and quality meetings and contribute to course reviews. * Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding in all teaching practices. * Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. * Support learners' full Study Programmes, including English, maths, and work experience.
