Senior Administrator
Full Time – Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Basic Salary: £28,000.00 Per Annum to £30,000.00 Per Annum

Senior Administrator role:
1. Sole responsibility of issuing documents to customers prior to delivery of goods.
2. Dealing with external suppliers after orders processed ensuring timed delivery
3. Full responsibility of business mailbox
4. Administration duties on a day to day basis
5. Dealing with customers over the telephone as well as via email
6. Maintain company records at all times
7. Working effectively to deadlines and under pressure
8. Utilising reports to deal with suppliers
