About this Role:

ThisTalent Sourcer focuses on proactively identifying,engaging,andevaluatinga pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needsacross Global Business Recruitingsupporting Executive Services, BTI, andConsulting.Sourcing strategiesincludeminingonlinecandidatedatabases, social media sites(such as LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean keyword searching,andanalyzing market data to identify top talent.If you love the thrill of the huntto match candidates with their next career opportunity,building rapport withpassive and hard to find candidates,and thrivedelivering on metrics-this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

1. Source potential and passive candidates through directapplicantchannels, Gartner’s CRM, referrals,professionalsocial mediasites,extensive lead generation research and relationship building

2. Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating the Gartner value proposition

3. Utilize programmatic approach to engaged talent for open roles and building pipeline (campaign management)

4. Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications through phone interviewing, trait assessments,and behavioral based interviewing

5. Develop and cultivate a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs

6. Build strongtrust-basedvalue add relationships with recruiters & hiring managers to understand business needs and alignment strategy

7. Conduct market mapping and market intelligence

8. Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events

What you’ll need:

9. 1-3 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required

10. Strong research and candidate generation skills

11. Business Development and/or Sales experience a plus

12. Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing newprocessesand strategies.

13. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
