Duration: Permanent
Salary: HC08 - HC10 : £42, - £57, p.a. (salary pay scale placing dependent on qualifications and experience).
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To work as part of a team delivering the Council’s Capital Programme of Flood Alleviation Schemes and fulfilling Local Authority duties under the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act.

Requirements
1. Engineer - Professional qualification at IEng (or CIWEM equivalent) or equivalent experience and working towards CEng.
2. Senior Engineer – Professional qualification at CEng or CIWEM equivalent.
3. Full UK driving licence
