This position offers an exciting chance to take ownership of a key facility, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all site equipment and services.
The Role As a Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for: Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and supporting all facility-related breakdowns .
Ensuring all site infrastructure and equipment is kept in safe working order, including: Roller doors, bay doors, and dock levellers Sprinkler and fire systems Cooling and waste compactor systems Welfare facilities and vending machines MHE bolts and general site equipment Assisting with contractor management and permit-to-work systems .
Working collaboratively with site stakeholders to ensure maintenance priorities align with operational needs.
Contributing to the development of a new Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for scheduling, asset management, and KPI tracking.
