As a Teacher of the Deaf in Huddersfield, you will deliver tailored lessons and specialist support to pupils with hearing impairments. Requirements:
The ideal Teacher of the Deaf will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* A Teacher of the Deaf qualification or willingness to work towards one (desirable)
* Experience supporting pupils with hearing impairments or additional needs
* Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and SEN support
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A patient, supportive and inclusive teaching style
