The Role
As an Early Career Teacher, you will:
• Lead a class within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preference and experience
• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons using the national curriculum
• Be paired with an experienced mentor to guide you through your ECT induction
• Work closely with teaching assistants and senior staff to ensure every child thrives academically and emotionally
Requirements
We’re looking for an Early Career Teacher who is:
• Energetic, compassionate and eager to learn
• In possession of (or working toward) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Passionate about inclusive and creative teaching methods
• Committed to building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
