Were excited to be recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a leading US law firm based in the heart of the City. This is a newly created role supporting a high-performing Finance team thats joining from another top-tier firm - an incredible opportunity to be part of a fresh chapter and contribute from day one.

Location: St Paul\s, London
Contract Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri 09:30-17:30 (3/2 hybrid)
Salary: Up to £52,000 depending on experience
Key responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive PA support including diary, inbox, and travel management
* Open and manage legal matters and client files
* Liaise professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
* Assist with document amendments, mark-ups, and billing processes
* Support the team in maintaining high standards of organisation and efficiency
What we\re looking for
* At least 5 years of legal secretarial experience in a City or US law firm
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident, proactive, and keen to add value
