Consilium Recruit is supporting Darwin Group with their growth plans. They are seeking a Design and BIM Coordinator to manage the design process and collate design information for projects, ensuring quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate internal and external design team models on pre-construction projects
* Develop and implement BIM processes within the design team and company
* Ensure projects follow BIM standards and procedures
* Manage clash detection workshops and ensure model compliance
* Maintain and model in line with company standards
* Manage the project data environment
* Produce and implement BIM documents, including BEPs
* Assist with tenders and sales enquiries
* Promote new technologies and practices
* Aim to achieve and maintain BIM Level 2 status
* Manage Revit family library
The Person
The ideal candidate will have strong Revit skills, experience with BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Tekla), and background in healthcare or architectural/construction environments. Key qualities include:
* Experience with a common data environment and BIM coordination
* Advanced Revit skills
* Experience with other BIM tools advantageous
* Background in architectural, building services, or structural design
